(A) Yes you can use your DT Mail account to receive all your emails from your safelists.
(Q) Can I use this account to bulk email my safelists?
(A) No, this is not permitted. You can only use ListMail4u to receive safelist emails but you may not bulk send to safelists using your DT-Mail email account. You can send non-safelist emails from your account.
(Q) Can I purchase multiple accounts?
(A) Yes, we have many customers who love our service and have more than one account, we also have a 100mb combo account,
25mb for your contact email and 75mb for your safelist subscribe email.
(Q) Do you offer POP3 Retrieval?

Yes, you can access and download your POP3 emails into your DT-Mail web based email account.
(Q)Do you offer POP3 Access?
(A)
Yes, you can receive your DT-Mail email through
your Outlook Express or whichever email account
manager you currently use. However you will not
have smtp access so you can send with your DT-Mail
email address using outlook, netscape etc. You will
need to use your OWN ISP SMTP email server to send emails with.
(Q) Is there an affiliate program?

Yes - Our affiliate program pays
monthly residual to paid email account holders.
(Q) Do you offer a Free affiliate program?
(A)
Yes - Each owner of a subscription to DT-Mail email
service, is entitled to receive a 'FREE website business'.
For the purpose of clarity, no charge is made for this
business. The 'FREE website business' includes: A unique
link to a personalized website, based on the DT-Mail.com
domain name to an affiliate website. The right to offer for
sale subscriptions to DT-Mail email service to the general
public at the price fixed solely by DT-Mail and entry
into our compensation program.
(Q) Other mail services offer a Free affiliate
program without having to purchase a mailbox...
Why doesn't DT-Mail offer a free affiliate program?

We have considered that but feel very strongly that
it would be difficult for anyone that does not use
our mail service to properly promote the benefits
and features to others - like Zig Ziegler has said -
You can't sell Fords if you drive a Chevy!
(Q) When do you pay out monthly commissions?
(A)
We will payout commissions between the 5th and 10th of the month,
minimum payout amount is 10.00
(Q) I have seen offers for unlimited email space, is that true?
(A) No, how can you have an ulimited amount of space when a server only has a limited amount of storage to begin with. Once that space is used everyone will begin to bounce!
(Q) You say you provide excellent customer service, but how long does it usually take you to respond to my questions?
(A) We usually respond within minutes, however we ask you to be patient and give us up to 24 hours to respond.
(Q) Do you offer a Free trial period?
(A)
Yes - we offer a 10 day risk free trial period,
simply cancel before your 10 day trial period is up
and NO money will be taken from your Paypal account.
(Q) What happens if I spam someone using my DT-Mail email account?
(A) All spam incidents are investigated. If any of our customers are found to be spamming using their DT-Mail email address in any way, then your account will be terminated without refund. There will be a charge of $250 per each verified spam incident.
(Q) What happens if I go over my MB quota that I have purchased?
(A) If you go over your MB quota, your email will bounce! You can purchase more MB so your account will not be suspended exceeding the quota
(Q) Can I purchase a larger mailbox?
(A)
